Three Habits for Healthy Happy Teeth

Three Habits for Healthy Happy Teeth. Having a healthy mouth and bright smile isn’t a matter of luck — it’s a matter of habit.
Brushing your teeth is the cornerstone of any good oral hygiene routine. To keep your teeth and gums healthy, be sure to brush your teeth twice a day with a soft-bristled brush.
ONE : BRUSH
Brush morning and night for 2 minutes. Floss once per day.
TWO : LESS SUGAR
Try to limit how often you eat sugary snacks every day (even during the holidays!). Bacteria that live in your mouth love them too. As the bacteria digest those sugars, acids are produced that can contribute to cavities
THREE : VEGGIES
Nibble on carrots…yes they’re good for your eyes but they’re also very good for your teeth! Chewing carrots and other fresh veggies increases saliva, which helps wash away the acid that may linger in your mouth. The veggies also have a lot of other vitamins and minerals which are important for a strong immune system and a healthy mouth!
And there you have it, try to do these 3 things every day, visit us every 6 months, and before long you won’t even have to think about it. Your friends will ask you why your smile is so bright!
